Event tickets can be booked online via our website, where payment must be made using debit or credit card.
You will receive confirmation of your booking via email. We will not be distributing any physical or e-tickets, but our front-of-house team will have a record of your booking, ready to welcome you on your arrival.
Online booking closes at 9am on the day of each event. There may be further tickets available on the door, but we cannot guarantee this.
Once purchased, tickets to any event in the Festival will be refundable only if the event has to be rescheduled or cancelled.
Ticket-holders do not need to bring anything with them on the day, as our front-of-house team will have a record of your booking.
Doors will open 30 minutes before afternoon concerts. Doors will open 60 minutes before evening concerts, and pre-concert drinks will be available.
Audience members arriving late will be asked to wait until a suitable moment in the programme before entering. If you arrive late, you must follow the directions of the Front of House manager.
There will be no reserved seating at any Festival events, so seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
All concerts will last roughly one hour, with no interval.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder in reasonable circumstances including, but not limited to, instances where the ticket holder breaches these Terms & Conditions, disrupts other audience members’ enjoyment, or does anything that the Festival team considers to be unacceptable behaviour, taking health & safety, environmental and security concerns into account.
You must not attend any Festival event if, on the day of the event:
Most of our venues are wheelchair accessible. Please see individual event listings for venue-specific accessibility information.
We ask that concertgoers inform us in advance if they require wheelchair access. There is an option for this in the online checkout process.
We regret that one of our venues, Throwleigh Church, is not wheelchair accessible.
Anyone attending one of our events may be captured in photos taken by our official photographer, or in video/audio recordings made by members of our team. By attending one of our events, you grant permission for the Whiddon Autumn Festival to use any of these media in printed, electronic and online materials/publicity to support the festival's aims. This may include, but is not limited to: website, social media, press releases, adverts, printed programmes, funding applications, newsletters, reports. If you would like to withdraw this permission, please speak to a member of the festival team on arrival at the venue. If you have any other concerns relating to media, please contact us.
The Festival reserves the right to change or cancel the advertised programme and/or artists due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any changes of this sort will be posted on our website, and we will endeavour to inform ticket holders in advance, if practicably possible.
The Festival cannot accept any liability for any accident or injury incurred while attending activities held during the Festival period or at other times.
We are happy to display publicity materials from other organisations at our events, but this must be by prior arrangement with the Festival Administrator.
